Spring Break 2013

We stayed home for spring break, but I decided I wanted to do at least one fun thing each day of the break. This is what we did:
Monday:
We went to the temple and ate lunch and took pictures.

 Tuesday: (no pictures)
We went to the Logan Library and played on the computers and read books...of course.
We also went to A&W to share a root bear in an ice cold mug

Wednesday: (also no pictures)
We went to the pet store to visit all the pets. Seth LOVED this!
And we bought Gracie a soccer ball and shin guards.
Of course, we had to try out the new soccer ball so we went to the park to play soccer.

Thursday:
We went hiking in Logan Canyon

 This is Stokes Nature Center. They have a nice little trail that is pretty easy for the kids and its fun to go to the nature center and take a look around.

 The higher we went the more snow on the trail, it got too slippery and we had to turn around.

 Little boys in hats is one of my favorite things! So very cute!

It was such a bright, blue skied, beautiful day!

 Grace was such a little helper and carried Seth's water too!

 We decided to check out the pipeline trail since the other trail was covered in ice and snow. It was very pretty!

 Friday:
Off to Grandma and Grandpa Barrett's house for Easter weekend!

Saturday:
We went to an Easter Egg Hunt in Malta
We also went to City of Rocks

 This is one happy boy! He should be, he got a ton of candy! (that I later stashed...hehehe!)

 Suzi, Braden, Brylee, Bryson, and Grandma went with us too!

 Seth absolutely loved this little trip! He climbed and climbed and climbed! He was in little boy heaven!

 Gracie climbed a lot too!

 Isn't it such a pretty view? It was a very fun outing!

Sunday:
We did the Easter thing.
Easter baskets, new church clothes, church (Grace and Brylee got to talk in Grandma's primary, they both did a very good job!), Easter dinner (very yummy!), and finally easter egg hunts with cash winnings! Such a fun day!

It was a great Spring Vacation! It was very hard to go back to school on Monday, but knowing that we only had 2 months left until summer vacation gave me the motivation to go back and finish this school year up!
