Searching for Old Ephraim's Grave

One of the hikes in Logan Canyon is to a grave of the last grizzly bear shot in the Cache Valley area. It is supposed to be a very beautiful destination (oddly enough...I mean it's a grave site of a bear). We tried a few times to find the grave site, but we were unsuccessful! Though we had a lot of fun searching for it.
This is the first Hike we took to try and find poor old Ephraim's grave:

We saw some very beautiful scenery!

Seth always stops to pick flowers (or weeds in most cases).

This is the second time we went out searching for the grave:

More beautiful scenery to enjoy!

We stopped at Rick's Springs on our way back. We love exploring the world we live in and seeing all there is to marvel at!
And the Third time we went searching for the grave we drove to Bear Lake to get raspberry shakes. We were so discouraged! We will try again, maybe in October for conference weekend. So the search continues!

Play Time

Seth has really gotten into playing with his blocks lately. He is getting really good at building large buildings.

Of course once I started taking pictures Grace had to get in on the action.
And knock it down

Idaho Falls Temple Grounds

Deryk and I had to make a few trips to Idaho Falls to look at houses early this summer, on one of the trips we stopped to see the Idaho Falls temple (which is were Deryk and I were married) The Tulips were in full bloom and the children were mesmerized by them. I obviously had to get the camera out and snap a few pics.

Can you spy my little blondies?
 There they are!

A Forgotten Post

I was looking through my memory card and realized I didn't post these sweet little pics of Grace and Seth in their Easter Finest. I love these pictures!
